'Building Client Sovereignty in Electronic Commerce: A best practice model for business' The Minister for Financial Services & Regulation, the Hon Joe Hockey MP, has released a new publication called 'Building Client Sovereignty in Electronic Commerce: A best practice model for business'. This Best Practice Model provides guidance to businesses and enhances consumer sovereignty by giving consumer information on what businesses should do when dealing with consumers over the Internet and involves four key elements - protection, information, choice and redress.
